Happy Birthday Destiny

Today is my God-Daughter Destiny's 6th Birthday.
I didn't get to see her, but I was able to drop a gift off and later I talked to her on the phone and she sounded so happy and was having a good day. She told me she was going shopping for clothes and then going home for cake and ice cream. She's my little PRINCESSA!

I was so happy she got to be a big part in our wedding.
I love her so much and she always makes me laugh and smile.

Fishin' Weekend.

Saturday Mike, dad and me where finally able to have some after wedding fun and take our boat out to Jordanell for the day. We had Uncle Steve and Eric come along with us and yes I was the only Lady =). As soon as we got on the lake we found the perfect spot to anchor and fish. As soon as dad put his fishing pool out he got a bite so we knew that was a good spot. After that it was one after another for us. Of course I had to out beat the guys and catch the most. LOL
We had so much fun and where already planning to go back out soon.

BEST WISHES NEWLYWEDS!

Birthday Wishes to my HUSBAND (7/14/09)

We celebrated Mikes birthday by going to a couples massage that Tina, Yvette, Mom & Vanessa gave us. It was an hour long and soooo relaxing. We felt like slugs afterwards, but we needed it after 8 months of planning a wedding and after the big day it was well deserved for the both of us. We went to brunch at our favorite spot Village Inn and later in the evening went to Red Lobster with the family and our friends Brian and Desra. It seems just like yesterday we where celebrating his b-day. Crazy how fast time flies when your having fun and HAPPY!

3 days Left

We have only 3 days to wrap everything up. We've got pretty much all the bits and pieces put together.

The bridesmaids got there dresses back yesterday and where pretty happy with how they turned out. They look just as beautiful short as they did long. They all have different dresses, but the same color and length. There all going to look so beautiful and I can't wait to see them all dolled up.

We got our final meeting with Millennial Falls out of the way. Everything is set and ready for Saturday.

Mike and his dad went and got all the beer and liquor this week.

We are just about done with the wedding favors. I didn't buy enough purple ribbon so I have to go get more of that today and finish tying bows around the boxes.

I need to go get shoes today. Yes I'm just barely getting myself some shoes for the wedding. I've been so busy making sure all the small stuff is out of the way that I haven't had the time to go get me some. I have all day today to find the perfect pair of shoes. Hopefully I find some right away so that I'm not searching everywhere all day.

Our rehearsal and dinner rehearsal is tomorrow. We decided to have the dinner rehearsal here at our house so we can mingle and talk rather then being at a restaurant and having a hard time hearing and socializing. Mona and Wayne have been busy working on the house and yard to make sure it's family and guest ready for Friday. There so cute and so helpful in SO MANY WAYS. I appreciate all they have done for Mike and I.

I'm so excited for the BIG DAY and it's just around the corner. The news said there might be light showers or something in that sort only on Saturday of course... I'll be one MAD BRIDE if it rains on my parade.

Park City Fun

I had the day of yesterday so Mike and I went to Park City to spend some time with my mom, sisters and nephews. We went to squatters for dinner and then went to the canyons for the 4th of July festival. It was pretty chilly up there, but we managed to have a good time. There was a live band that was pretty good and later watched the fireworks. It was nice to spend some fun time with my family. They have been here for 2 weeks and it's been so nice having them here. I wish they didn't have to go after the wedding. I'm getting so use to having them here. I'm really going to be sad when there gone.
